on the other hand, i m happy to say i ran 6 rounds for pe. one warm up round which i dunno what happened to me and i ran really fast and was w brandie and nic and the guys. siao. nvr do tt before. and then ran 5rounds of track coz i cant do outside running coz of my knee. hmmm. ohwells, stamina seems to be getting better. i gotta maintain tt level then. smiles.
